So... I opened my package and it was completely the wrong stuff. It wasn’t even close to what I ordered, which was frustrating.

I ordered a shirt and liked it enough to keep it, but the size wasn’t quite right, so I had to go through the exchange process. It wasn’t a huge hassle or anything, and customer service did get back to me, just not super quickly. The tracking also took longer than I expected to update, which made me wonder what was going on for a bit. In the end, the exchange worked out and I got the right size, but the whole thing felt a little slower than it needed to be...

Some of this stuff seems priced fairly, but then the shipping and a few of those items feel a little high. It’s not bad or anything, just feels like it could be a bit better overall.

I ordered based on their size chart, but the jersey still showed up tighter than expected. Kind of frustrating because I figured the fit info would be more accurate. If you’re between sizes or like a little room, I’d probably recommend sizing up just to be safe.
